| Yeast for Australian Sparkling Ale Posted: 31 May 2021 02:35 PM PDT Hi, i'd like to brew an australian sparkling ale..I have some doubt about the yeast...what do you prefer? I have no experience with Australian Sparkling Ale!!! Wyeast 1098 british ale or Wyeast 1312 london Ale III? Thanks Daniele |
| 4V system with pump an 75L Blichmann Boilermaker pot Posted: 31 May 2021 10:10 AM PDT Hi all selling my lovely 4V system due to not brewing. Consists of 75L Blichmann Boilermaker kettle. Cost nearly $800 on its own. Has one slight sent on edge of base seen in photo from outside and also near brush tip on inside. This was from slip while cleaning. Otherwise is as new basically. 70L Techni ice esky kitted with tap and cam lock fittings, copper mainifold false bottom and sparing. 50L Birco urn as HLT with cam locks 20L urn as Herms with copper coil with cam locks... 4V system with pump an 75L Blichmann Boilermaker pot |
| Posted: 31 May 2021 12:05 AM PDT last year we had quite a thread going on grumpies about music people are listening to and everyone had a good go at paying everyone one else out for there music. mind you i think i copped most the flack. no tangent i don't drive a valiant or where flannies. (what happened to our mate tangent anyway) anyway you all know iam a led zepplin freak. but i can't pick a best zep tune its impossible. but i think my vote for all time greatest tune goes to the stones for sympathy for the devil. iam... | (BNE) 140L bar fridge (ferment or kegs) Posted: 30 May 2021 11:45 PM PDT Read the spiel below but the tl;dr is: -use with external thermostat -quiet, chills to 2 deg no problem -fit 2 full size cornies or just a 30L plastic fermenter (I think it would also fit a ss brewbucket too) -it's only $30, pick up 4051 Westinghouse RA141S-R bar fridge used for home brew. Will need to use with an external thermostat as internal is broken. Can include a 'mashmaster fridgemate' - haven't calibrated but probe seems to be working (came with the fridge I now have but I have an... (BNE) 140L bar fridge (ferment or kegs) |
