Moving house clean out

Hey everyone, we are moving house soon and I no longer have time to do any home brew. I have a few things that may be of interest to someone as listed below

Wort oxygenation

So I make some pretty darn good beers I must say. Took me the best part of about 20 years mind you but that's home brewing for you..

I have just been given a further 3 corny kegs and simply do not have the room to store them under refrigeration. My question is after I purge the oxygen after filling the corny kegs , can I store them in my garage for several...

Bavarian Weissbier Tips

Guys, I'm having another crack at a Bavarian Weissbier (such as Schofferhofer, Franziskaner etc) and to date I haven't been able to get it just how I like it, so I need your help!
I like it a slightly leaning toward banana, cloudy, and a full mouthfeel. I do BIAB and usually no chill. I don't make water additions but my water is pretty good and balanced.
I was thinking of trying Mangrove Jacks M20 yeast.

What are people's thought on things such as:
  1. Yeast strain
  2. Ferment temp...
