Bavarian Weissbier Tips Posted: 15 Aug 2021 03:32 AM PDT Guys, I'm having another crack at a Bavarian Weissbier (such as Schofferhofer, Franziskaner etc) and to date I haven't been able to get it just how I like it, so I need your help! I like it a slightly leaning toward banana, cloudy, and a full mouthfeel. I do BIAB and usually no chill. I don't make water additions but my water is pretty good and balanced. Beer Fridge with Perlicks etc Posted: 14 Aug 2021 04:57 PM PDT Fridge does turn on, compressor running, but not cooling. Comes with stainless steel shank (not chrome) and 3 Perlick taps, also stainless steel. 1 keg (or can give more if needed), micromatic regulator, lines etc. Taps are somewhat pitted. There's one more tap in near mint condition which I'll throw in as well. Pick up Noosa. All offers considered!
