| Hope brewing super sour series Posted: 13 Aug 2021 05:49 AM PDT Anyone else tried these? The blueberry tart, pine Lime sunny boy 2.0 and tropical super are amongst the best things I've ever tasted. I'm keen to have a crack at replicating something similar, but not much out there recipe-wise when it comes to 9%+ warhead tier sourness. How do you think I should approach creating a recipe? Only experience with sours is using the philly yeast, but I dare say this kind of recipe would require significant kettle souring. How does high gravity wort play with... | Posted: 13 Aug 2021 04:21 AM PDT Hello, Newish to brewing and looking to get a little bit more serious than a tin from the store and 1kg of sugar. thought I'd pop in and see what I can absorb from the information around this place. Located Canberra Currently brewing a Black Rock pale ale (trying dry hopping) Previous brew - Ginger beer kit (went Baaad) Previous brew - Black Rock pale ale (standard kit went well) Success rate = 50% I also made a mead as my first brew, because I keep bees and have an abundance of honey... | Braumeister BM50 Plus including gear (full setup) Posted: 12 Aug 2021 09:10 PM PDT My beverage consumption is way down and i'm no longer brewing, this setup has only had 1 brew since stepping up from my Grainfather setup and it performed extremely well. I'd prefer to sell everything as a package however i realise certain things are better off separated from the sale. The below list contains the Bold items ideally to be sold together with the BM50+ which totals $3150 but i'll round this down to an even $3k to the lucky buyer! Should the buyer want...
