Room temp counter pressure bottling Posted: 20 Apr 2021 07:12 AM PDT I got into pressure fermenting for one reason, I was curious about brewing lagers and I don't have space to chill a fermenter. What I didn't realise was that when it comes time to bottle from a kegmenter (or pressure ferment vessel) that standard wisdom says I need to chill the beer anyway. Posted: 19 Apr 2021 11:28 PM PDT Hi All, Fairly new to All Grain Brewing. Been dabbling with extract kits for quite a while and then had the pleasure of storing a grainfather (it got a decent workout and I fell in love with all grain). Looking to try and answer questions that I can - a lot of mistakes made so far that hopefully can save someone in the future. Also looking forward to getting some tips and tricks off the brains trust. Look forward to chatting with you all over time. cheers!! |

Primary, secondary, cold crash etc? many helpadvice would be appreciated. cheers Jason. |

I like it a slightly leaning toward banana, cloudy, and a full mouthfeel. I do BIAB and usually no chill. I don't make water additions but my water is pretty good and balanced. I was thinking of trying Mangrove Jacks M20 yeast. What are people's thought on things such as:
