Posted: 09 Jun 2021 05:49 AM PDT This thread is because we have been getting some questions from our customers and often we are answering the same questions to multiple different people and perhaps the more efficient way to handle these questions is through a public forum. Also as we feel that we have a team of staff with a fairly wide range of experience especially in the keg dispensing hardware field we feel that this can also be an area for customers to ask us about specific advice on how to use gear. It should be... KegLand Questions and Answers |
Posted: 09 Jun 2021 02:39 AM PDT I thought I would post my recipe in case anyone at home wants to play along. I recently bottled my first go at a RIS, and had to stop myself drinking all the sample in the hydrometer cylinder. It started at 1.100 and finished at 1.021 after its six week journey into bottle. It was so complex and balanced already. I used the familiar Coopers three tin recipe with some steeped grain. The Greatest Beer Of All Time! Posted: 08 Jun 2021 05:50 PM PDT now that i've got everyones attention (i would hope, hehe) although there is countless syles of beer and everyone has a different opinion etc. I would like to know peoples thoughts on what they think the best beer in the world is, weather it be a local microbrewery, homebrewer, yourself or a big name beer etc. I love trying all the different beers I can get my hands on and trying to brew beers that give me those warm fuzzy and often slightly bloated feelings inside, As with many other... [MEL] Certified Cicerone Study group Posted: 08 Jun 2021 05:47 PM PDT Hi All, Just got my Certified Beer Server and want to push myself a little further to get my Certified Cicerone qualification. I think it would be easier to study with a mate, potentially could split the cost of things like tasting beers or an off flavour kit etc. Putting the feelers out there to see if anyone is keen? Cheers |
