Hi bc, And we welcome another new NZ hop to our line-up... not often that this happens so we are pretty excited about it. Pacific Sunrise Hops Think of lemon, orange, berry and stone fruit and you have what Pacific Sunrise could bring to your beer. Hop Revolution are the first growers to plant this variety on a commercial scale, and we managed to score some from the recent harvest so that you can try it. It works well in hop-forward beers like American Pale Ale, IPA, and New England IPA. Limited stock available from this season. Try it today! Staff Profile - Barry Barry has been working part-time with Brewshop for a year now; his other job is in Waitomo where he is the brewer for the King Country Brewing Company. He is particularly proud of developing and brewing their multi-award-winning Pale Ale. Barry has been brewing at home for more years than he cares to remember, certainly pre-craft breweries! Barry’s latest passion is producing cask conditioned beers, particularly Dark Milds and Ordinary Bitters dispensed, of course, through a traditional hand-pump.
