| Posted: 23 Jun 2021 12:04 PM PDT Hey everyone, we are moving house soon and I no longer have time to do any home brew. I have a few things that may be of interest to someone as listed below 3 x Stainless kegs - I used one for a boil kettle so has a 3 piece ball valve at the bottom, the other two have tops cut out ready to use as needed. Asking $50 each 1 x Stainless steel wort chiller (never used has just been stored) Asking $50 Jet type burner -... Moving house clean out |
| Posted: 23 Jun 2021 02:58 AM PDT Ok I'll kick off with a couple. Did you hear about the masochist who loved to take cold showers so he didn't. .................................................................. I have just been given a further 3 corny kegs and simply do not have the room to store them under refrigeration. My question is after I purge the oxygen after filling the corny kegs , can I store them in my garage for several... Storing beer in Corny kegs |

| Posted: 21 Jun 2021 06:58 PM PDT Guys, I'm having another crack at a Bavarian Weissbier (such as Schofferhofer, Franziskaner etc) and to date I haven't been able to get it just how I like it, so I need your help! I like it a slightly leaning toward banana, cloudy, and a full mouthfeel. I do BIAB and usually no chill. I don't make water additions but my water is pretty good and balanced. I was thinking of trying Mangrove Jacks M20 yeast. What are people's thought on things such as:
