Has anyone got much experience with these?

I used them for the first time for a double batch and they worked well. I often knockout 15L increments on my large system then dilute when I pitch. They are probably not suitable for that as it's a bit hard to weigh as you fill.

has anyone rigged something up to make it easy to fill them? I sat them in a Cooper's fermenter...

Need more pictures or anything explained don't hesitate to ask.

Ive been out of the AllGrain brewing game and AussieHomeBrewer for to long to know what its worth so make me an offer.

NEIP ... L anyone?

Posted: 24 May 2021 12:27 AM PDT

A few breweries have come out with "New England India Pale Lagers," Two Birds, for one, as well as several US breweries. My first reaction was that it's a bad idea or a silly try at being trendy, but on second thought it might work if one uses pressure brewing. I can't and therefore cannot try it. Do any pressure brewers out there want to?

Important components of NEIPA flavour derive from the yeasts used, and lager yeasts won't do that,

But the monster fruity hop flavours of NEIPAs would...

NEIP ... L anyone?

Is there any yeast here?

I did some yeast washing, put in a 2 litre bottle, let all the gunk settle to the bottom for about 45 min / hour, then poured the into a few bottles, without all the rubbish. I have done this before and worked. I don't see a lot "white" which I thought was more the yeast. What are your thoughts.
I was thinking of getting a litre of warm water with sugar and see if that created a starter solution the next brew.

thanks
