Posted: 04 May 2021 08:32 PM PDT OK had my first go at conditioning grain. I definitely got less flour produced than normal. Does this crush look about right? Kept the mill at 0.8mm. Cheers, Chris |

Ballistic Black Forrest Birthday Cake Stout recipe Posted: 04 May 2021 05:10 PM PDT Hi all, recently I was inspired to brew up a stout that closely resembled the Ballistic Birthday Cake Stout. If anyone was interested in brewing it, I thought I'd share the recipe to save you the time trying to develop it from scratch. Overall the first impression is quite close but I'm yet to do a side by side to compare my recipe to the real deal. I hope you enjoy, I will post a photo when it's ready to drink. Posted: 04 May 2021 05:02 PM PDT I've been looking at the Cheaky Peak Nano BIABasket setups they sell, the look pretty shiny but has anyone had experience using them? I've seen lots of people using their kettles for 3V setups, but haven't seen their All in Ones in action and am curious what the punters think. Cheers boys |
