Staff Profile - Gavon Gavon has been with Brewshop for over five years. He first got started with brewing after a friend showed him how he could brew beer from grains rather than cans and sugar, and it sounded like an interesting idea. As a stay-at-home dad, he was often making sour dough, hard cheeses and croissants, and so added brewing to the mix. Now that he brews more regularly, making cheese has fallen away but he still makes the occasional sourdough loaf. Most of the time, Gavon likes brewing tricky beers. He also likes to tinker with fittings and bits to get the best out of them. |
