Alcohol-Infused Ice Cream Makes for Trendy Summer Treat
A growing number of startups across the country are infusing alcohol into ice cream and other frozen treats, making for a delicious new summer trend. The total revenue for alcohol-infused ice cream exceeded $335 million in 2019 and is expected to grow to more than $450 million by 2025, according to Bloomberg.
As infused-ice cream startups like Tipsy Scoop in New York and Clementine's Naughty & Nice Creamery in Missouri see increased popularity, we've also seen ice cream companies partner with alcohol brands. Oregon-based Salt & Straw partnered with several local breweries to create several flavored ice cream pints called the Cold Ones Pack.
