Brauduino, 5Star Elements, Pump, Big Pot. Posted: 02 Aug 2021 05:06 AM PDT Hello Brewers. This is a project I never finished. It's probably 90% of the way to a complete electric double batch system. Finish the controller, Add a false bottom to keep the grain bag off the elements (or suspend the bag), and add a few fittings and valves and bobs your drunkle. Controller has all the bits but it is NOT finished. All the 12v side is done...but the 240v is not. I started the grounding but I don't think I've done any of the other wiring. All the connectors are there... Brauduino, 5Star Elements, Pump, Big Pot. |

He has changed the way he previously dry hopped. He suggests bringing the temperatures down to lager type temperature 3 to 4c after the yeast has finished working. Then dry hop for 2 days at those temperatures. He suggests by doing it this way it maximises the sought after fragrances... Dry hopping techniques |
FS Ss Brewtech Brew Bucket 7 gallon / 27l Posted: 01 Aug 2021 09:38 PM PDT Looking to sell my SS Brewtech Brewbucket due to an upgrade. Its 7 gallon/ 27 l In great shape but Ive modified the lid to suit a Brewjacket chilling rod. Ideal if you have a Brewjacket but it could be blocked off with a stopper otherwise. Lid also has 2 x 17mm holes (one for an airlock and the other for a thermowell). Alternatively, the lid can be replaced. One of the clamps isnt as tight as it used to be be but a small piece of foam under the clamp restores a tight seal. Looking for... FS Ss Brewtech Brew Bucket 7 gallon / 27l |
