I've decided to get back into all grain brewing and was wondering where some of the best (price and service) places to buy grain in the Sydney area. Looking to start of small with single batches of cracked grain delivered (or pick up if close enough.) Looking for a reliable supplier which I can keep coming back to. Sorry again. Drinking a couple of the Hefe, they're nicely restrained with balance of spice and banana, yet just a touch of vanilla. If there is a commercial strain, I'd use it - however, I've noted that this isn't widely publicised by the big yeast companies... Is it worth saving the bottle dregs for a starter? I've kept the bottles (flamed and sealed) in case of a starter is plausible, but would prefer to use a commercial version and save the... Haubrau Hefe Yeast |

Consists of 75L Blichmann Boilermaker kettle. Cost nearly $800 on its own. Has one tiny dent on edge of base seen in photo from outside and also near brush tip on inside. This was from slip while cleaning. Otherwise is as new basically. $400 70L Techni ice esky SOLD 50L Birco urn as HLT with cam locks $100 20L urn as Herms with copper coil with cam locks $120 March pump in "enclosure" with cam locks $50 Brew controller... 4V Herms System With Pump, 75L Blichmann Boilermaker kettle but no mash tun |
